An order is considered accepted once Jewels Galerie confirms the order.

8. DELIVERY AND UNBOXING VIDEO

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous and unedited video while opening their package.

The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the package, shipping label, opening process, and condition of the product immediately after opening.

This video is mandatory for any damage-related return or refund claim.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Jewels Galerie does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that have been worn or used

  • Damage caused after delivery

Returns and refunds will be considered only where the product is received damaged or defective and the customer provides a valid, continuous, unedited unboxing video as proof.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Without a valid unboxing video, Jewels Galerie reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.

Jewellery should be handled and stored appropriately to maintain its appearance and condition.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.
